Wonder why you don’t feel good at times without any reason?

Well, we are an energy system and as long as we don’t hold all our pieces within, we are flying off the handle! Literally. Hard to stop energy from moving!

So imagine, there you are, momentarily harnessed in you, and all is groovy. Then something happens in your environment, at work, at home, wherever. A thought hit your mind and off you go… out!

Your child is hurting, you see something on TV that moves you, a friend confides in you, a co-worker is struggling, clients expose their problems, you have all these demands made on your system, soliciting your energy. To a degree you hold on well. You are efficient, you respond, you are a trained and responsible asset of your family, your company, your enterprise, wherever you operate. So far so good.

But something moves in you at all times, your energy, the energy of others, the collective unconsciousness, the climate, your biorhythms, you are constantly subjected to a ton of solicitations and you do your very best to balance and counteract their effects.

First off, we have to understand that no matter how well we function, we still are fragmented; that is the premises of humanity, since we lose a part of our consciousness by incarnating in our body. So as long as we are not whole, which means having done our work of retrieving our missing parts, we are going to go out! Because it is the most natural place our energy is going to go to search for its missing part. It is also called the projection mechanism.

We see something outside that resembles us, a fragment of us in the 3-D mirror, and off we go. We project ourselves onto our loved ones, our children, a colleague, a friend, you name it! Then we become co-dependent with those protagonists with the invariable count of expectation, resentment, jealousy, all the way to excessive love, guilt and compassion.

That is a solid habit that all of us are attached to. We have done that for life times, trying to find ourselves in the outer world, in the reflection of the mirror… because that’s what is presented to us to begin with, that’s what we know!

Away from ourselves, we feel bad. That is a natural response of our guidance system letting us know that we stepped away!

So how to remedy that state of things, come back to ourselves and operate from a centered place, solidly harnessed into our Self? How do we come from a loving place, a place of detachment, which means coming from an original place of love, the true heart, instead of being there into someone and love in retrospect?

We certainly have learned a lot, especially in the last decades. We do yoga, we meditate, we take care of our emotions. We have awaken. And that’s good. Is it enough? No, it’s a progress but we are still incomplete.

We don’t know that there is a part of our divine essence that is still missing. We kind of heard of it, at least some of us, but we don’t really measure the distance that still separates us from that deep unity with the full count of energy that we really are.

And it’s not our fault. That part of divinity never really revealed itself but lately. The Mother of Creation has been treated as a secondary element of divinity. Eve was born from a rib of Adam…ha ha… The Goddess energy has never really been validated to the true measure that She is and therefore, we are still treating Her, the missing part of ourselves, with unconscious fear and a little condescendence and we don’t know how to really approach it and own it.

Stay tuned for more next time…

The Number One Reason You Experience Pain.

The Number One Reason You Experience Pain.

When you are in pain, experience a depressed state or are less than happy, your emotional or physical system is giving you a signal.

This signal let’s you know that you are away from yourself.

How does that work? Why are we away from ourselves?

Because of the mechanism of projection.

Since we are in a state of inner fragmentation, we always project our energy out in an unconscious attempt to find ourselves. The mirror of our reality being the world, we project ourselves onto people, situations, as well as philosophies, concepts and ideas. Having moved from ourselves to an outer space, we are then forced to take care of “ourselves” by taking care of the situation or person we are projected onto. That is called co-dependency.

This mechanism is totally automatic, and we have applied it forever.

It creates a lot of problem. Being out of yourself, you don’t feel grounded or present, and on the contrary feel dependent, ill-at-ease, afraid and altogether shaky. You always need to have something or somebody in your environment to feel whole, secure and stable.

This mechanism also creates relationships between individuals based on co-dependency with the arsenal of joys and pains, love and hatred that follows inexorably. When the energy goes back and forth and the parties find what they want, all is good. When a party gets tired of this game and wants to come back to themselves, or project to another situation or person, then problems arise. No one wants to be dependent on anyone, or anything. We are freedom based beings! Resentment builds up that will explode in different scenarios: break up, rebellion, aggression, betrayal, manipulation, undercover blackmail and so forth; all the way to the other end of the spectrum— passive aggressive behavior, resistance and victimization. It will create a permanent and unspoken tension.

In all types of relationships we are projected onto, whether personal or professional, our energy is trapped in an implicit contract:

“I want something from you and you give it to me, thus I love you“ or,

“I want something from you that you don’t give me and I resent you for it” or,

“ You want something from me that I don’t want to give you and I resent you for that” or,

“ You get something from me and I resent you, but I get something from you too, so I’ll pretend we are fine, but … I still resent you.”

Or some combination of the above.

The underlying dynamic built up in this conflictual imprisonment we all are unconsciously trapped into is either subtly or blatantly disastrous. It creates dissensions, misunderstandings all the way to destructive and sabotaging behaviors that can trigger lots of disappointment, sense of betrayal and hurtle.

In certain extreme cases, the pain that some people experience being projected outside of themselves is so intense that they can lose the clarity of their mind and develop mental diseases, become border line psychotics or asocials. This intense inner crisis can also lead individuals to committing crimes, rob or kill in society to revenge themselves for that inner state of unfulfilled dependency.

Projection is the number one reason we experience pain, since going out of ourselves is precisely what causes us pain. The radical solution to being free from this disturbing state of reliance on outside mirrors is to become whole through the full recovery of all that we are.

Once in wholeness, you own all your pieces and don’t have to be dependent on anything or anyone to be at peace. Then relationships with everyone and everything will be based upon true love, sharing your talents and abilities.

Questions:

  • You feel less than happy and you wonder why?
  • You want radical solutions.

If you knew how to resolve your problem, you would have done it already, right? That’s why there are lots of people on Earth, we all solve each others issues, we all assist each other.  You have a problem, I have solutions. Don’t hesitate to reach for me: Info@NatalieKawai.com

Why Do We Have Undercover Fear & Guilt To Be Who We Are?

Why Do We Have Undercover Fear & Guilt To Be Who We Are?

Why can’t we surrender the weapons and tricks of our ego that easily and why is it so hard to shift from the paradigm of our programming to the true nature that we are and all yearn for?

The number one reason is of course the fact that we are not conscious of being programmed, since we don’t remember that we replaced our lost consciousness by some foreign elements that made us feel whole again in a pseudo manner.

Number 2 is that we lived for so long in the tapestry of our woven programs that we became confused with it. We are therefore attached to them, and worse they became our pseudo identity. We will fight for this pseudo identity very hard, like for the blood in our veins! That goes to show the momentum and supremacy that this entity (our pseudo self) has gained over time.

Number 3 is the fact that even though we want our true self and are called by it, we are afraid of it, locked in a 2 steps forward, 2 steps backward kind of a dance. We wonder why we would rather sabotage our chance to be ourselves, rather than going all the way. We don’t understand why even though the right choice is right in front of us, we turn our back on it and fall back into the trap of avoidance, procrastination, addictions, victimization, or any kind of stories that pulls us away from embracing our true power and respecting ourselves 100%.

Why don’t we do what our heart deeply tells us to do? Because we are in the habit of sabotaging ourselves out of a tenacious claw that holds all of us very tight: the guilt to be and the fear to be.

Let’s examine those. Why on Earth would I feel guilty to be, one could ask? Well, this feeling is of course super unconscious and doesn’t apparently make any sense unless we dig a little further down into why we would feel that way. So let’s go back to its origin. We exit Source and immediately after everything collapses. Not only do we feel the tremendous pain of being out of Source, but we also are terrified because we don’t know where we are. To top it all, we think we made a tremendous mistake and totally blew it. In short, we feel guilty, for having come out and created the mess we are in.  That guilt is reflected by Christianity with the concept of original sin. The real origin of the guilt is actually anterior. When the Father pushes the Mother away, he receives guilt as a signal that something went wrong. We just top this first guilt with ours.

Now there is another aspect to the guilt. We not only feel guilty because we think it’s all our fault, but we also feel that “being” is  the inherent nature of divinity, the energy we come from and have lost. Since we wrongfully think we made a mistake by exiting and thus fell in disgrace, “banished from Eden”, we no longer feel worth that being-ness. Being becomes the “privilege” of divinity and thinking we have the right to be would be a blasphemy. All we are entitled to is to do our best to redeem ourselves until God bestows mercy upon us. This is not a scenario that we have consciously in mind of course, this runs into the deepest tracks of our subconscious, and one has to be willing to take a look, meaning dig in these layers, to truly unwind the predicament.

Needless to say that with this intricate set of thoughts, we have a hard time trusting ourselves.

Thinking we made a mistake and then lost our privilege to be doesn’t promote an easy way back to embracing our being-ness, our true nature. We unconsciously fight it, driven by these deep and subconscious beliefs that if we don’t exorcise and dismantle, will prevent us to return to our Source, embrace our true nature of being and thus become whole.

How do we address a belief that I am not even aware would be a legitimate question. ….to be followed.

Next week we’ll go further into that!

The Body and Our Love-Hate Relationship With It.

The Body and Our Love-Hate Relationship With It.

Being incarnated in a physical body is quite a challenge! On the one hand we love it, enjoy it, and on the other we hate it. Let me explain.

We have to identify with the body since upon incarnation it becomes our reality, but deep within we long for the essence we are coming from, our Source.  We also think we made a mistake by becoming physical, which conveys a need to redeem ourselves. This need expresses in a deep seeded punishment from subtle to heavy.

We are in deep duality and constant conflict between matter and Spirit. We desperately want to be pure to be able to return to our Source, and therefore, very unconsciously push against the body and the emotional energy or Will. That’s one of the reasons we end up dying.

We think that returning to our prior home, Source, has to come with  lining up with our Spirit, the only aspect of Source we know. That’s why we emulate that part of Source with positive thinking and attitude, repressing the negative emotions or zapping them out of our system.

The Spirit is not alone in the composition of the Essence of Life. The other aspect is “the Will” which lies down in the physical and  emotional bodies, as a guidance system to precisely track down these last elements of wholeness, the parts we are not aware of. When we push against our emotions and avoid them, or when we unconsciously push against our physical body, what we deny is part of ourselves. We alienate ourselves from the element that would make us whole and back in alignment with our Source.

Upon death, the Spirit, very light and volatile, gets out of the body quickly and goes back to Source. Whereas the energy of the body stays back, feeling rejected and discarded repeatedly; it has never been accepted as divine energy, and is therefore, unable to rise. Since the energy of the Body cannot rise, the Will, which is stored in the bones, stays trapped as well. After decomposition or cremation of the body, the Will and the energy of the body stay hovering around the Earth plane as long as they have momentum, forming what is known as ghosts.

Since we have not reunited with the Body energy nor with the Will, we unknowingly continue to be in dichotomy pushing against them. Acceptance is the green light for the Body and the Will energies to be able to rise and get collected back into Source. The love of the Heart is needed to accomplish that total return to Source. The Heart is the blender between upper chakras— spiritual bodies, and lower chakras— physical body. That’s why Jesus— the Heart said, “You can only go to Source through me”. Which means we have to open our Heart and accept our Body and our Will. Then we will blend all the elements of our Self back into one and back into Source. Opening the Heart and accepting the Body and the Will takes work. It requires going through the pain of being away from our Source.

These aspects of creation are vital. As long as we stay away from parts of ourselves and keep controlling our lives with our minds and our belief systems, we will not know who we are entirely, and will stay isolated from our Source.

Questions?

  • Do you feel ambivalent with your body, you don’t accept it fully?
  • Do you wonder how to accept your body energy, in the way you have not fathom yet?
  • Do you want to be whole all the way?

How To Return To Peace – The Last Rampart

How To Return To Peace – The Last Rampart

Understanding the premise of Creation reactivates the latent memory that we carry about our origin. It helps reawaken the consciousness we lost. Once we know what we are looking for we are more susceptible to find it.

In that context, let’s turn back the clock…

The burst of creation feels like an intense and traumatic chaos. From our cocoon of peace and quiet, we are propelled out in intense light and sound, much like birth from the human womb.

Our individuality is immediately defined by a sense of profound fear and resentment. Since we fragment and turn amnesic through the burst, we forget why we incarnate. We feel very victimized and in need to shield ourselves. We close down, solidify to protect ourselves, and by so doing create a rampart to consciousness. We block it up and start drifting away in a bubble of protest with our ego banner.

From this moment on, we try to constitute a sense of self outside the transparency of being-ness. We obstruct the flow and start to function out of reaction.

Being ejected, we feel re-jected and start to push against our Source. We feel diminished and limited and attach ourselves to that identity which  becomes our “human definition”.  We will then fight for that definition and create a consensus to protect our “human identity”. That’s how we give birth to the collective unconsciousness, alliance of humans to preserve what we think we are.

To re-unite with our self, we have to break down all the blocks of our “human definition”. But losing this pseudo identity is frightening because we feel we would lose ourselves and disappear.

Pushing against divinity in the fierce belief that we have to defend our diminished self is the last rampart that separates us from our Source. It takes dedicated warriors to go through it and recover full consciousness.

The recovery of full consciousness will eradicate the separation we still feel is lingering within. It will establish Heaven on Earth, which means the experience of our Source in our physical body and the material world. That experience is the reason why we come on Earth in the first place: To know our Source, who we are in a physical and tangible manner.

It might sound like science fiction, but so was flying in the 1900 and the invention of television ninety years ago!
